The Pioneers Press staff has had a big ol’ zine crush on the Sprouted Ink Zine ever since we first saw it. Sub-titled “Loving Our Shadows and Braving it,” issue two of this fantastic Kansas City-based zine has a whole grab bag of excellent (fully illustrated) content: writing on the topic of freedom, failure, and post-traumatic stress disorder; a great piece on dream interpretation; a short essay on depression and anxiety; info on being an empath; and so much more!
